During one week that will leave you breathless.
The program is from Monday to Saturday. Free climbing, canyoning, Piolet Traction, White Water rafting, High Mountaineering, hiking with climbing equipment and mountain biking.
Monday - Short Hike or Climbing with equipment
Tuesday - Free Climbing
Wednesday - Canyoning
Thursday - Ice climbing Piolet Traction
Friday - Rafting
Saturday - Hike at high altitude.
Of course the program may vary due to weather conditions and to the quantity of water in streams.
Part of the equipment may be bought or rented locally.
